Apply now - we can't wait to meet you!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain store appearance with a focus on prime shopping hours, product presentation and company standards.</li><li>Ensure the store is always guest ready through effective replenishment.</li><li>Order general merchandise from approved suppliers. Communicate with vendors and select items for order.</li><li>Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer centric mindset.</li><li>Readily adjust schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary to meet business needs.</li><li>Review department operating record and make adjustments to meet budget objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Analyze daily/weekly sales reports and propose product movement and rotation, including between onsite and online channels.</li><li>Audit regularly to ensure standard operating procedures are being adhered to.</li><li>Assist customers with locating product; listen to customer comments and provide an excellent customer experience.</li><li>Instruct and train department employees in their responsibilities; complete employee performance evaluations.</li><li>Check on recalls; remove product and return as directed.&nbsp;</li><li>Verify billing and paperwork. Record delivery of merchandise, compare records with merchandise order, and report discrepancies to control costs and maintain correct inventory levels.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop display techniques for effective merchandising.
