Production Delivery</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own end-to-end sourcing execution for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">high</span>‑<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">volume, time</span>‑<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">sensitive recruiting needs</span>.</li>\n<li>Ensure sourcing plans directly support project production targets and delivery commitments.</li>\n<li>Anticipate sourcing risks early and take <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">decisive corrective action</span> to keep projects on track.</li>\n<li>Partner closely with Operations to align capacity with demand.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Vendor &amp; Channel Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Onboard, manage, and hold external sourcing vendors accountable</span> across regions and territories.</li>\n<li>Set clear vendor expectations, performance metrics, and turnaround times.</li>\n<li>Actively manage vendor performance, escalate issues, and make change decisions when outcomes are not met.</li>\n<li>Continuously evaluate and optimize sourcing channels to improve speed, scale, and cost efficiency.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strategy, Innovation &amp; Process Improvement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute the sourcing strategy defined by senior leadership while continuously identifying opportunities to<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">improve effectiveness and throughput</span>.</li>\n<li>Leverage data, technology, and market insights to optimize sourcing approaches and tools.</li>\n<li>Drive innovation in sourcing methods, pipelines, and engagement models to meet evolving production needs.</li>\n<li>Contribute to the design, enhancement, and governance of the crowdsourcing database and sourcing infrastructure.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Quality, Metrics &amp;
