The ALS Supervisor will serve as a role model and facilitator in the department.</li>\n <li>Serves as a resource for ground/building maintenance at assigned rate.</li>\n <li>Responsible to maintain resource guide, orientation guide, and communication boards at assigned site.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Will assist with quality structured feedback for all AAC providers in conjunction with the MICU Leadership.</li>\n <li>Maintains effective communication within the assigned sites and from the organization utilizing daily conference calls, postings, and direct employee feedback.</li>\n <li>Serves as the liaison from the Mobile ICU to Atlantic Mobile Health departments and to outside agencies.</li>\n <li>Assist with continuous quality improvement activities across the division in conjunction with the MICU Clinical Coordinator.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Responsible for compliance with maintaining appropriate stock of supplies, medications, and maintaining all Bio-Med equipment according to manufacturing specifications. ALS Supervisor is responsible for inspections as assigned by the management team of Emergency Services division.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Responsible for their section of the communications board updates.</li>\n <li>Responsible for assuring staff certifications are compliant with AAC policy and procedure manual</li>\n <li>Driving for prolong periods of time</li>\n <li>Other tasks as assigned by the MICU leadership team.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
