    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Regional President Florida</p><p><u>Position Overview:</u></p><p>Responsible for leading the Florida/Georgia/Alabama region&#39;s homebuilding operations and new market expansion.</p><p>&nbsp;<u>Reporting Relationship:</u></p><ul><li>Reports to: &nbsp;President of Florida/Georgia/Alabama</li><li>Supervises: 3-4 Division Presidents</li></ul><p><u>Duties and Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>Assists President of Florida in carrying out Maronda homes vision of Easily Observable Better Value.</li><li>Oversees division presidents in overall operations, company strategies and long-term growth.</li><li>Assists in the preparation and execution of monthly flash, quarterly forecast, and annual business plan strategy of units for sales, starts, and closings for each division.</li><li>Oversee the overall profitability and success of multiple homebuilding divisions within Maronda homes.</li><li>Execute Maronda homes asset/land lite philosophy and assist or helps locate land banking and/or third-party developers.</li><li>&nbsp;Ensure the land pipeline meets or exceeds future growth goals projections and conforms with Maronda homes asset/land lite philosophy.</li><li>Assists in the review of land contracts for procuring, presentation, approval, and submission to the land committee.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists in expanding growth by potential development of new satellite markets personnel, land position, company values and systems.</li><li>Execute Maronda homes to-be-built sales philosophy with minimal use of speculative inventory.</li><li>Assists divisions in overall homebuilding operations (Cycle times, customer service, cost variance, RONA, RMC capture rate, and asset lite strategy)</li></ul><p><u>&nbsp;Minimum Required Education:</u></p><ul><li>&nbsp; &nbsp;4 year bachelor&#39;s degree&nbsp;</li></ul><p><u>Preferred Experience:</u></p><ul><li>7-10 years of homebuilding management preferred on a regional or company level for multiple divisions totaling more than 1500 units</li></ul><p><u>Skills and Abilities:</u></p><ul><li>Multi task and work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Possess strong ability to analyze and solve problems</li><li>Read and understand construction drawings</li><li>Prioritize and work under tight deadlines</li><li>Risk management</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Clear vision and the ability to communicate vision to team members.</li><li>Inspire subordinates towards fulfilling the organization&rsquo;s objectives, and balance the interests and loyalties of all stakeholders</li></ul><p><u>&nbsp;</u><u>Physical Requirements/Work Conditions</u></p><ul><li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer</li><li>Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times</li><li>Must be willing to travel to all new and existing divisions as required.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>EEO Employer</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
