This role works closely with HSE, Maintenance, and field teams to build project frameworks, review existing procedures, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Collaborate with HSE and Maintenance to develop project frameworks, timelines, deliverables, and change‑management plans.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Review current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documented practices, and safety programs for accuracy and alignment.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Partner with HSE to ensure regulatory compliance and support upgrades to the permitting system and SMS integration.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Develop documentation, templates, and structures that support future migration into a digital system (e.g., MaintainX).</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Work closely with technicians and field staff to gather operational insights and ensure effective implementation.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Participate in Joint Occupational Health and Safety (JOHS) committee meetings.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Support rollouts of new procedures, systems, and safety initiatives.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Currently enrolled in a post‑secondary program (health &amp; safety, engineering, technology, business, or a related field)</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Experience working in HSE, maintenance, operations, or a similar industrial environment as asset</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both office and field personnel.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and project deliverables.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Experience with digital maintenance or safety platforms (e.g., MaintainX) is an asset.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Ability to participate in and contribute to JOHS committee activities.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">If you&#39;re looking to join a supportive team environment with opportunities for personal and professional development, apply now and become part of our dynamic team.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">#cooke-dnp</span></p>\n",
