          "text": "<p>As a <strong>Security Officer</strong>, you will play a critical role in maintaining a <strong>safe, secure, and welcoming resort environment</strong> for guests, team members, and visitors. This role combines traditional unarmed security responsibilities with a <strong>strong hospitality and guest service focus</strong>. In addition to protecting company assets and responding to emergencies, Security Officers serve as a visible, professional presence dedicated to guest safety and positive interactions.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in <strong>corporate security, hotel security, or hospitality-based security roles</strong>, including those new to the field.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a first responder to incidents involving medical, fire, or law enforcement emergencies, within the scope of Security Officer duties</li><li>Maintain a high-visibility, uniformed security presence throughout property</li><li>Monitor and control access at designated entry and exit points</li><li>Operate and monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras, fire alarm panels, and monitoring stations</li><li>Conduct routine safety and security inspections in accordance with company policies</li><li>Respond to guest and team member security concerns in a calm, professional manner</li><li>Prepare accurate, detailed incident reports and maintain security logs and records</li><li>Assist guests with safety-related requests, including lost and found management</li><li>Perform traffic control, parking enforcement, and crowd management as needed</li><li>Support public safety officials (police, fire, EMS) during incidents</li><li>Manage key control and accountability procedures</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by Security Leadership</li></ul>",
