          "text": "<p><br /></p><p>Sr. Project Manager-PMO</p><p><br /></p><p>  Must work in Gainesville.FL on site.</p><p> Must have solid P&amp;C Experience (Property &amp; Casualty) Insurance.</p><p> Must have Excellent Communication Skills.  </p><p><br /></p><p><b> Job Responsibilities: </b></p><p><b> </b>The Senior PMO with Insurance background.</p><p> PM will be coordinating with Sr Enterprise PMO Director and Commercial Lines CEO to help extend the insurance product lines to out of state. </p><p>This person will responsible for multiple objects large complex development objects with cross functional teams, business customers, systems groups and business processes. ·   </p><p><br /></p><p>     <b>Document current state of application and processes involved ·  </b>    </p><p>  Work directly with Sr. Management, Client Managers, and Business Sponsors to <b>develop business rules and project requirements.</b></p><p><br /></p><p>  <b> Experience and Skills ·   </b></p><p><b> </b>   <span>Minimum 5-7 years strong PM ·</span></p><p>       <span>Strong in MS Project ·     </span></p><p>   Very Nice to have: experience with INSURANCE industry - claims, billing, underwriting, etc.<br /></p>",
