Other responsibilities will include bagging, shipping, maintaining roast logs and equipment as needed. Successful associates will be able to roast and fill orders in a timely and efficient manner. This role will collaborate and coordinate with other members of the Coffee Team as well as other cross-functional teams, assist in process improvements, and perform other duties as needed.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Details</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">This role is approximately 20 hours per week primarily on weekdays, though evening and weekend flexibility is a plus. As a part-time role, it is unbenefited. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Primary Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Roasting coffee on a Bellwether roaster</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Weighing, measuring, filling, bagging, and preparing customer orders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Utilizing UPS system, printing labels, shipping product, tracking orders and resolving any shipping issues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Organizing green coffee and production areas continuously</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Performing physical counts to support inventory management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Operating and maintaining Bellwether roasting equipment; alerting and coordinating with cross functional teams when technical issues need to be resolved</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Strong interpersonal skills, inclusive of written and verbal communication</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">1-2 years experience in either production, manufacturing, shipping and/or warehouse fulfillment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Previous experience as a barista or in a roasting &amp; production environment is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Experience with shipping software a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Self-starter who operates with a high level of autonomy, organization, and follow through</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Highly adaptable, quick to respond</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Ability to multitask, adjust the plan, and thrive in a fast-paced workflow</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Proven ability to collaborate in team environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Solution oriented problem solver</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">Physical requirements noted below are necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
