TMH is the region's healthcare leader and top provider of advanced care with a 772-bed acute care hospital and the region's only:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Level II Trauma Center </li>\n <li>Primary Stroke Center </li>\n <li>Level III Neonatal Intensive Care </li>\n <li>Pediatric Intensive Care </li>\n <li>The most advanced cancer, heart and vascular, orthopedic & surgery programs in the Panhandle. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our system also includes a psychiatric hospital, multiple specialty care centers, six residency programs and more than 50 affiliated physician practices. </p>\n<h2>HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong> Primary Purpose: Insure the safe transportation of colleagues, patients and visitors by transporting, patrolling and surveying all areas of hospital parking and responding to emergency situations quickly and appropriately.</p>\n<p><strong>Reports:</strong></p>\n<p>Chief Security Officer</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Supervises:</strong></p>\n<p>None</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Education:</strong></p>\n<p>High School Diploma or Equivalent; Preferred: Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience: </strong></p>\n<p>Minimum: One year commercial driving experience; Preferred: Three years commercial driving experience.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Certification/License/Registry:</strong></p>\n<p>Current Florida CDL (Commercial Drivers License) with a passenger endorsement is required at the time of employment. Incumbent operates a TMH vehicle and requires a valid state driver license. Required to be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and with a minimum of two (2) years of licensed driving experience. Required to provide a seven (7)-year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) prior to employment.
