    "description": "<h2>Summary</h2>\n<p><em><strong>Utility Steward</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: </p>\n<p>The Utility Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, chinaware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and work areas and for replenishing supplies with clean ware.  <strong>Pay starts at $15/hour.</strong> <strong>We are hiring for  9:00AM-7:00PM and 3:00PM-12:00AM shift. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC  </li>\n <li>Clears all food and beverage outlets of dishes, flatware, and related items. </li>\n <li>Maintains the cleanliness of outlets and all kitchen equipment, chinaware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and work areas. </li>\n <li>Replenishes supplies with clean ware. </li>\n <li>Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations. </li>\n <li>Performs all duties in a safe and careful manner. </li>\n <li>Assists service Attendants as necessary. </li>\n <li>Attends periodic meetings and training sessions. </li>\n <li>Pick up mats from various outlets and transports to be cleaned and returned to the respective kitchens.  </li>\n <li>Breaks down all kitchen equipment for cleaning using approved chemicals by the company. </li>\n <li>Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls, and government rules and regulations. </li>\n <li>Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times. </li>\n <li>Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times. </li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>JOB SPECIFICATIONS: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 19 years or older. </li>\n <li>High school diploma.
