    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">IGAMINGHUNT </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">is a dynamic consulting company focused on high-risk industry, primarily iGaming.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead who combines strong hands-on recruitment expertise with proven leadership skills and a structured, results-driven approach.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The position can be remote or on-site in one of the two locations - Valencia, Spain or Limassol, Cyprus. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience across a variety of roles and seniority levels</li>\n<li>2+ years in a leadership role, managing high-volume hiring and diverse role types, ideally across different business functions</li>\n<li>Previous experience in iGaming / gambling or other high-growth, fast-paced industries</li>\n<li>Proven experience building, scaling, and training recruitment teams</li>\n<li>Experience managing and motivating fully remote and distributed teams</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Fluent English; Fluent proficiency in Ukrainian and/or Russian</span><br></li>\n<li>Strong hands-on mindset and readiness to personally close vacancies, including complex and senior roles</li>\n<li>Systematic, process-oriented approach with a strong focus on efficiency and measurable outcomes</li>\n<li>Positive, approachable, and people-oriented personality with strong stakeholder management skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Background in a recruitment agency environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scale and develop the recruitment function, including hiring and onboarding new recruiters</li>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and support a distributed recruitment team, ensuring high engagement and performance</li>\n<li>Own and continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and workflows</li>\n<li>Drive and optimise team KPIs, ensuring consistent delivery against hiring targets</li>\n<li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for key and hard-to-fill roles, remaining hands-on where needed</li>\n<li>Partner closely with client stakeholders and company representatives to understand business needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies</li>\n<li>Design and implement structured onboarding and training programmes for recruiters</li>\n<li>Introduce best practices for remote recruitment operations and cross-location collaboration</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What’s in it for you:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fixed salary + bonus system</li>\n<li>7 hours working schedule (or 3 extra days off per month)</li>\n<li>Office work format with opportunity to work remotely (Spain/Cyprus)</li>\n<li>20 days of paid vacation</li>\n</ul>",
