This role creates, monitors, and modifies the overall system, simulation and testing, and start-up, and employs multiple advanced resources to troubleshoot and create solutions.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform Omron or Keyence Stand-alone Vision Controller by using various inspection logic</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform PC based inspection program developed by vendor that using various inspection logic</li><li>Be responsible for incident follow-up, root cause analysis and documentation</li><li>Document control system and equipment configuration changes</li><li>Ability to install, maintain and troubleshoot relay logic, inspection flow, control components &ndash; photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachometers and encoders</li><li>Inspection method understanding ability to troubleshoot various status (I/O boards, encoder, light controller, modules and devices)</li><li>Develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization</li><li>Ability to provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance</li><li>Completes all safety training as required</li><li>Compliance with all ELS safety programs, policies, and procedures</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:<ol><li>Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain</li><li>Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container</li></ol></li><li>Follow LGESMI existing cleaning SOP&rsquo;s during downtime (e.g. line stop, waiting time, etc.), which includes cleaning your designated machine and/or surrounding work area&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma/GED required&nbsp;</li><li>Vocational Certificate or Associates Degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>1 to 3+ years of related machining experience or equivalent, relevant experience&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Planning and organizational skills</li><li>Effective and efficient time management</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Creative, innovative, and solutions-oriented&nbsp;</li><li>Problem solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>Technically proficient and motivated to continuously improve</li><li>MS Office Suite</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to properly and regularly utilize the following PPE for a period of up to 12 hours<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Safety glasses</li><li>Steel-toed shoes</li><li>Latex Gloves</li><li>Nitrile Gloves</li><li>Respirator</li></ul></li><li>Must be able to do the following repeatedly for a period of up to 12 hours up to 7 days a week<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds</li><li>Stoop, twist, bend</li><li>Reach overhead</li><li>Sit and/or stand</li></ul></li></ul></div></div></div></div>\n",
