You will be responsible for ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Management</span>: Manage a wide variety of projects, from large-scale cabling, construction, and roll-outs to smaller engagements and repair requests.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Design and Execution</span>: Develop and execute detailed project plans, reports, and frameworks to ensure smooth project delivery.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mentorship</span>: Provide guidance and project process frameworks to Jr. Project Managers, ensuring best practices and efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Communication</span>: Communicate project updates, scope changes, and issues to clients clearly, professionally, and in a timely manner. Keep internal and external teams informed of project activities.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Resource Coordination</span>: Identify, coordinate, and manage the resources necessary to complete each project.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Procurement Management</span>: Place and manage orders with suppliers, equipment rental companies, and warehouse for equipment and materials as part of assigned projects.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Documentation</span>: Maintain accurate records of dispatches, materials orders, equipment rentals, warehouse orders, and other project-related activities within the TailWind customer management system.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technician Support</span>: Assist with the check-in/check-out process for TailWind's onsite technicians and provide guidance regarding scope of work and other job questions.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Deliverables</span>: Ensure project documents are complete, processed, and stored appropriately, and manage deliverables via document management systems.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Management</span>: Ensure timely and accurate submittals to finance for customer invoicing.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Task Management</span>: Efficiently move between unrelated tasks, prioritize when necessary, and manage time effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Travel:</span>  Some travel may be involved based on client needs.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours:</span> <span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif\">This is a full-time position. May involve evening and occasional weekend work.<br>Will require long hours.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other Duties</span>: Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred  Education and Experience</span>:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>3+ years of infrastructure project management experience, especially with large clients.</span></li>\n<li><span> Understanding of the Telecommunications Industry.</span></li>\n<li><span>Hands-on field technician experience is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work flexible hours, including late-night cutovers if necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of PC tools.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong work ethic, integrity, and a positive attitude.</span></li>\n<li><span>High energy and the ability to work at a fast pace. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Competitive salary and benefits package.</span></li>\n<li><span>Growth opportunities within the company.</span></li>\n<li><span>A dynamic, fast-paced work environment where your contributions are valued.</span></li>\n<li><span>The chance to work with a talented and collaborative team of professionals.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Range of Compensation</span>: $65,000  to $80,000 Annually </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>We believe in taking care of our team.
