      "content": "\n<li><strong>Lead Technical Hydrogeology:</strong> Direct complex hydrogeologic investigations, including the design and oversight of deep production wells, aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) systems, and large-scale pumping tests.</li>\n<li><strong>Aquifer Characterization:</strong> Lead the collection and interpretation of lithologic and geophysical data to refine Conceptual Site Models (CSMs) and determine aquifer hydraulic properties (transmissivity, storativity, and leakance).</li>\n<li><strong>Regulatory Liaison:</strong> Serve as the primary expert for the <strong>Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR)</strong> and <strong>Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ)</strong>. Navigate Assured and Adequate Water Supply (AAWS) determinations and Underground Storage Facility (USF) applications.</li>\n<li><strong>Project Management:</strong> Oversee the lifecycle of groundwater resource projects, including cost estimating, proposal development, budget tracking, and subcontractor management (drilling and geophysical crews).</li>\n<li><strong>Managed Aquifer Recharge:</strong> Design and implement hydrogeologic characterization programs for recharge sites, focusing on mounding analysis and vadose zone infiltration rates.</li>\n<li><strong>Environmental Compliance:</strong> Support Remedial Investigations (RI) and Feasibility Studies (FS) by leading groundwater quality assessments and supporting Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) applications.</li>\n<li><strong>Mentor &amp; Train:</strong> Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior hydrogeologists and field staff in the areas of well logging, water quality sampling, and hydraulic testing.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Hydrology, or Geological Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.</li>\n<li><strong>Licensure:Registered Geologist (P.G.) in Arizona</strong>; or ability to obtain reciprocity within 12 months.</li>\n<li><strong>Experience:</strong> 10+ years in hydrogeology, water resource development, or environmental remediation.</li>\n<li><strong>Leadership:</strong> 2+ years of experience leading technical teams or managing large-scale field programs.</li>\n<li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Advanced proficiency in aquifer test analysis (e.g., AQTESOLV), well design specifications, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).</li>\n<li><strong>Writing:</strong> Proven track record of producing high-quality technical reports, permit applications, and proposals.</li>\n<li><strong>Environment:</strong> Capable of balancing field-based oversight with office-based project management in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>This role will require the successful completion of fit for work testing which includes Drug &amp; Alcohol testing</li>\n"
