This position will be responsible for collecting data, analyzing the data in comparison to required physical demands, determining whether an applicant can perform the physical demands of a position and completing reports for submission to a contracted corporation.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet applicants and take them to a designated testing area.</li>\n <li>Conduct post-offer testing for industrial jobs.</li>\n <li>Assesses human motion to determine applicant’s physical abilities</li>\n <li>Perform grip and pinch strength measures.</li>\n <li>Perform girth measurements.</li>\n <li>Perform material handling tests.</li>\n <li>Perform NIOSH static lift tests.</li>\n <li>Perform functional screens and agility tests.</li>\n <li>Perform treadmill and stair climber protocols.</li>\n <li>Perform dexterity protocols.</li>\n <li>Perform walk tests.</li>\n <li>Perform lift technique training.</li>\n <li>Perform efficient quality human motion (EQHM) movement training.</li>\n <li>Perform behavioral based safety training.</li>\n <li>Teach preferred work postures and injury risk recognition counter-strain techniques.</li>\n <li>Take photographs of tests and accumulate for printing.</li>\n <li>Print documents as needed.</li>\n <li>Prepare, correct, and print spreadsheets.</li>\n <li>Prepare Physical Ability Test reports for distribution to contracted company representatives.</li>\n <li>Ensure reports are sent out 1 working day after test completion.</li>\n <li>Keep supervisor up to date on progress of reports.</li>\n <li>Conduct oneself in a professional and ethical manner, with integrity and honesty.</li>\n <li>Cooperate, work, and communicate with coworkers, and supervisors to ensure a pleasant and professional work environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Education, Skills, Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of human movement (Kinesiology), Physiology, and functional movement.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of basic math.</li>\n <li>Skill in customer service.</li>\n <li>Skill in computer software for word processing, spreadsheet creation and data entry.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow strict testing protocols.</li>\n <li>Ability to create positive relationships with clients, applicants, and company representatives.</li>\n <li>Ability to handle multiple priorities and concerns easily.</li>\n <li>Ability to write concisely.</li>\n <li>Ability to speak clearly and understandably.</li>\n <li>Ability to organize workload effectively.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently, prioritize and operate proactively.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education/Training:</strong>    </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 4 years work experience.</li>\n <li>Prior functional testing experience preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to occasionally reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Ability to grasp and hold up to 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.</li>\n <li>Ability to sit for limited periods of time.</li>\n <li>Ability to climb stairs occasionally.</li>\n <li>Ability to repeatedly sit, stand, and walk short distances.</li>\n <li>Ability to see and understand data on a computer screen.</li>\n <li>Ability to enter data into a computer via a keyboard.</li>\n <li>Ability to hear normal voice level communications in person or through the telephone.</li>\n <li>Ability to
