font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Schedules and maintain milestones and timeline tracking for key objectives.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Performs Preliminary Reviews of DMRs and evaluates in-process rejections via QA Process procedures for Non-conforming Material and MRB Activity.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Performs drawing control and CCB review activities for new and revised documents, ensuring customer notification of all changes.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Performs Product Sell-Off included final work order test data package review prior to shipment to ensure product performance is within specified standards.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ensures Programs supplier quality issue resolution through coordination of resources and support of QC, Purchasing and Engineering groups.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Interface with various company departments to assist in resolve quality problems and provide information to support ISO/AS9100 requirements.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Interfaces with customers, vendors, and various company departments to resolve quality problems and provide information and may perform internal and/or supplier surveys and audits.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Performs analysis of manufacturing performance and prepares reports for management on quality trends and actions to improve.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Ensure training of subordinate employees in quality or other required functions.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Leads interdisciplinary teams to address quality problems via formal Customer, Internal or Supplier corrective and preventive actions.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Presents oral and visual presentations during technical meetings including performing monthly supplier scorecards.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Supports and implements added scope objectives and activities outlined by Quality Director.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Education/Experience/Training:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">BS / MS degree, with a technical emphasis preferred, with 5 or more years of related QA experience.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">In lieu of a degree, 10-12 years consistent Quality Engineering &quot;Hands-on&quot; experience at a Senior Level.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Preferred one or more certifications in Quality Sciences such as Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, ISO/AS9100, SPC, ASQ certified engineer/manager/auditor, or similar.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Excellent communication skills and experience in oral and written presentations.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Must have interfaced or performed as a liaison to the customer for QA &ndash;
