This position serves as a subject-matter resource for compliance matters and provides administrative assistance to the Corporate Legal department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Conduct compliance reviews of the Company’s AI and privacy processes and related matters Monitor and analyze trends in the Company’s compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Develop guidance and reference materials to support compliance programs Address potential violations or deficiencies by compiling relevant regulations and helping prepare responses to regulatory agencies Maintain and organize AI and privacy-related compliance documentation Manage administrative coordination for Corporate Counsel, including preparation, review, and organization of various documents and regulatory filings Partner with legal counsel to gather information for responses to regulatory inquiries, audits, or investigations related to compliance matters Support the scheduling of meetings and travel arrangements, tracking regulatory deadlines, and organization of legal records within the department’s document management systems Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company Ability to work overtime D.R.
