Pay starting at $16.00.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What's In It For You!</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Free tickets for your family & friends!</li>\n <li>Promotion opportunities!</li>\n <li>Scholarship opportunities!</li>\n <li>Exclusive employee parties, events, giveaways, discounts, and more!</li>\n <li>Free access to Atlanta area attractions and other regional theme parks!</li>\n <li>Job and Career Building Skills!</li>\n <li>Flexible scheduling!</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Keep a close eye on swimmers in the wave pool, lazy river, and many exciting water attractions</li>\n <li>Act as a first responder and jump in the water to keep guests safe</li>\n <li>Assist guests in and out of rafts and cycle through the line efficiently</li>\n <li>Calculate the proper dispatch interval between riders</li>\n <li>Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable ride experience</li>\n <li>Keep ride patios and midways clean and looking great</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <strong>How You Will Do It</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our water slides </li>\n <li>Will complete and maintain Ellis and Associates training and certification</li>\n <li>Pass ride certification tests with 100% accuracy</li>\n <li>Understand basic rescue techniques, first aid, and CPR</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail, not easily distracted, and commitment to safety</li>\n <li>Friendly, outgoing personality</li>\n <li>Positive attitude to make guests excited about their ride or swim</li>\n <li>Must react well in stressful and emergency situations</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What You Will Need</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 15 years or older </li>\n <li>Must be able to swim 200 yards in 15 minutes, retrieve a 10-pound brick from the bottom of a pool, tread water for two minutes, and lift yourself out of the pool</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays</li>\n</ul>",
