    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Trustee &amp; Depositary to join our Fund Accounting Trustee &amp; Depository Team. This role is located in Frankfurt, Germany.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span>Actively analyses processes, and in conjunction with the other parties involved, works to improve processes, making them as efficient as possible.</span></li><li><span>Self- Driven and responsible person to fully complete assigned tasks.</span></li><li><span>Act as role model for other team members and execute best practice.</span></li><li><span>Performs root-cause analysis of exceptions and resolves complex queries.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Assists more senior colleagues in the investigation of any errors on the fund to satisfactory conclusion.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Assesses and ensures all Ownership tasks have been completed and ready for sign off, with responsibility for their accuracy and completeness.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Ensures all required reports are completed, with responsibility for their accuracy and completeness.</span></li><li><span>Interacts with senior team members to provide feedback on specific issues or technology, taking a leadership role in driving improvements and resolving issues.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>May assist in testing of new/revised technology and providing feedback for improvement.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span>Work experience (&gt; 3 years).</span></li><li><span>Open minded approach understanding Fund Accounting related processes to be able to understand how your job will impact clients and other departments of the company.</span></li><li><span>Preferred to have Process Improvement experience/ skills, e.g. to design/establish new detailed processes, Documentation skills, e.g. procedures/manual.</span></li><li><span>Product knowledge, i.e. Equities, Fixed income, OTC, ETD, SWAPS (beneficial.</span></li><li><span>Good written / verbal English and German skills.</span></li><li><span>Xentis knowledge (Valuations/Reconciliation) is a plus.</span></li><li><span>Good communicator and Team playing spirit is a must.&nbsp;</span></li></ul>",
