The Pressure Vessel Welder will be responsible for working from shop drawing, procedures or other written, verbal, or electronic instruction, perform a wide variety of operations associated with welded assembly of final product, sub-assemblies and components for products which includes adherence to ASME Code Safety Regulations. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is located in <strong>Delaware, OH </strong>and will be fully on-site. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Starting Pay:</strong> $28.23/hr., with compensation adjusted based on experience and qualifications.</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong>1st shift Monday - Thursday (6:00am-4:30pm)</p>\n<p><strong>Pay Schedule:</strong> Biweekly</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Pressure Vessel Welder Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow the production orders, prepare parts and weld components into assemblies.</li>\n <li>Execute welds in accordance with company`s procedures and documents, while meeting defined quality standards.</li>\n <li>Maintain a safe and organized working environment. </li>\n <li>Properly maintain tools and equipment assigned to perform duties.</li>\n <li>Identify and implement safety improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pressure Vessel Welder-Level I Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 1-3 year(s) experience or commensurate education from trade school.</li>\n <li>Capable of MIG and TIG welding of parts and pipe, but not yet certified with the company for welding of parts under pressure.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and apply WPS, read drawings.</li>\n <li>Strong aptitude for problem solving and teamwork.</li>\n <li>Methodical, organized, and precise.</li>\n <li>Proactive in proposing solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pressure Vessel Welder-Level II Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 3+ years' experience in MIG and TIG welding of pipe or pressure vessels.</li>\n <li>Experience and certification in welding in accordance to ASME standard – certified with the company for welding of parts under pressure.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and apply WPS, read drawings.</li>\n <li>Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues related to fitting and welding components. </li>\n <li>Strong aptitude for problem solving and teamwork.</li>\n <li>Methodical, organized, and precise.</li>\n <li>Proactive in proposing solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pressure Vessel Welder-Level III Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 5+ years’ experience in MIG and TIG welding of pipe or pressure vessels (certified experience).</li>\n <li>Experience and certification in welding in accordance to ASME standard.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and apply WPS, read drawings, and teach others to do so.</li>\n <li>Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fitting and welding components.</li>\n <li>Strong aptitude for problem solving and teamwork.</li>\n <li>Methodical, organized, and precise.</li>\n <li>Proactive in proposing solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Joining Wieland’s team gives you…</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Benefits</strong> - Including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life & more!</li>\n <li><strong>Retirement Savings</strong> - 401(k) contribution + match.</li>\n <li><strong>Work/Life Balance</strong> - Paid Vacation & Holidays.</li>\n <li><strong>Growth Opportunities</strong> - We have over 9,000+ employees worldwide and 40+ locations in North America alone.
