    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.14.30/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.14.30/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Title: &nbsp;</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Resin Pumper - NIGHT SHIFT ONLY</p><p><strong>Department: &nbsp;</strong>Manufacturing</p><p><strong>Reports To: &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong>Inventory Control Supervisor / Shift Supervisor</p><p><strong>FLSA Status:&nbsp;</strong>Non<strong>-</strong>Exempt&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Back Up:&nbsp;</strong>Supervisor / PLT / or Lead will help maintain pumps (<strong><u>if pumping requirements</u></strong><u>&nbsp;</u><strong><u>needed)</u></strong> to prevent running out of material to the manufacturing facility. &nbsp;*Communication with Inventory Control will determine if pumping is needed during absence of pumper.</p><p><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Pumper is responsible for unloading raw materials <strong><u>from storage container &lsquo;railcar&rsquo; to storage container &lsquo;silo&rsquo;</u></strong> (by use of outside pump stations) and/or <strong><u>from storage container silo to boxes</u></strong> (by use of inside pump stations) in order to maintain supply of material to the manufacturing facility. Also responsible of housekeeping on outside tracks, pumping stations, pump rooms and all silos. &nbsp;When pumping schedule is light, will work indoors and help inventory control supervisor organize box materials and do housekeeping on racks when needed to prepare for annual SQF audit.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p><p>N/A</p><p><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p>High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. &nbsp;Forklift experience preferred but will train on the job.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. &nbsp;The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. &nbsp;Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. &nbsp;Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. &nbsp;The employee is frequently required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop, kneel and or crouch.
