Join Tek today and help push the boundaries of the possible and address the current and future needs of our customers.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Design measurement systems/subsystems that characterize and verify according to standards, customer devices, interconnects, optical and electrical systems.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Actively understand customer needs and develop solutions to delight them.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Set and meet schedules for fast and predictable development. Identify project risks and generate alternatives/recommendations to address risk.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Follow Agile processed for product development.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Engage and drive process improvement efforts for quality and efficiency of engineering organization.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Perform peer review and peer testing.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">May conduct research leading to the establishment of feasibility for new products, product features, capabilities, or sophisticated test and measurement science.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Maintain relevant knowledge regarding new developments and trends in FPGAs/tools.</span></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Creativity, Passion, Discipline, and Curiosity for learning.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">5+ years of successful design experience working with industry partners such as, high-tech chip vendors, EDA tool vendors, product manufacturers and system integrators.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Experience designing FPGAs in Verilog and/or System Verilog.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Knowledge and application of electrical engineering principles, practices and techniques commonly employed in the design and development of electronic products.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Excellent verbal/written communication and partnership skills.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Strong analytic skills and structured problem-solving skills.</span></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">10+ years of successful design experience working with industry partners such as, high-tech chip vendors, EDA tool vendors, product manufacturers and system integrators.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Experience with Intel and Xilinx FPGA device architecture and tools.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Experience with FPGA verification with UVM.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Experience with embedded software (C/C++) and scripting languages (TCL/Python).</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Understanding of serial data link protocols and design considerations.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Experience with theoretical and solid understanding of digital signal processing (DSP) concepts, such Fourier transforms, aliasing, and sample rate adjustment (decimation, interpolation).</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">#LI-RB</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
