Handles emergency repairs and maintenance in plant operations (as required), and “after hours” emergency repairs throughout the campus (as required), in an expeditious manner to minimize disruption of services to patients. Operates and performs routine maintenance on the chillers and HVAC equipment in a timely, cost effective, and efficient manner. Performs all the above in an atmosphere conducive to good patient/guest relations, good employee relations, and support a harmonious, team-oriented approach to accomplishing assigned tasks.</p>\n<p><strong>Reports:</strong></p>\n<p>Exec Director/Facilities (JC 008801)</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Supervises:</strong></p>\n<p>None</p>\n<h2>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Education:</strong></p>\n<p>High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Associate degree (or higher) in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) or related technical field preferred.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience: </strong></p>\n<p>One (1) year of job-related experience required. More than five (5) years of job-related experience preferred.
