With a focus on risk management and oversight, We are looking for a dynamic individual with a good understanding of the Wealth Management sector and the related investment products and wrappers.</p><p>This role provides the right person with a real opportunity to help shape the future of change within the organisation and offers hybrid working with required travel to one of our UK offices.</p><p></p><p><b>The key duties of the role are to:</b></p><p></p><p>· Own and execute on the findings from second line Risk &amp; Compliance, Audit, Regulator, etc</p><p>· Recommend changes to our operating model and approaches to best support our clients</p><p>· Own Breaches &amp; Incidents assigned to the COO and platform service function</p><p>· Deliver on allocated projects to support the strategic objectives</p><p>· Oversight of procedures and controls</p><p>· Deliver on Hubwise obligations for client due-diligence</p><p>· Champion Consumer Duty across all business activities</p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Bring:</b></p><p></p><p>· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written &amp; verbal comms)</p><p>· Excellent people skills and strong collaborator</p><p>· Great team-player with the ability to influence</p><p>· Ability to multitask and prioritise to meet deadlines</p><p>· Self-starter with a keen eye for detail</p><p>· Good understanding of business functions (HR, Finance etc)</p><p>· The ability to make decisions and solve problems</p><p>· An understanding of the Wealth and Advisor propositions and related investment products/wrappers</p><p>· MS Office proficiency</p><p>· Experience of reporting to Senor Management level (desired)</p><p>· A good understanding of the asset and wealth management business (desired)</p><p>· Proven experience as a Service Delivery/Supplier/Relationship Manager (desired)</p><p></p><p>We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds to enable us to bring diverse perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
