Metalcraft of Mayville - Fall River (1st shift positions)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>SCAG Assemblers in Fall River are assembling SCAG outdoor power equipment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Assemblers are responsible for working directly with team members as well as individually to assemble parts and subassemblies for SCAG products on the assembly smart lines.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>1st shift positions available: core hours are 6:00a to 2:30p M - F, while on Overtime hours are 5:00a to 2:30p M - F with possibility of Saturday hours 4:00a to 9:00a</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.</li>\n <li>Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates and smart line visuals to assure correct parts, tools, etc.</li>\n <li>Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.</li>\n <li>Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.</li>\n <li>Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.</li>\n <li>Complete production and quality forms.</li>\n <li>Work with a fast paced team to accomplish productivity goals.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to efficiently work in a team and coordinate work with other departments.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated detail orientation, self motivation skills and ability to multi-task.</li>\n <li>Good finger and hand dexterity.</li>\n <li>Previous experience working with industrial assembly a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Job Expectations</h2>\n<p><strong>Physical Activity:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Activity</strong></p>\n<p><strong>N/A</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Occasionally</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Frequently</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Regularly</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Average lbs.</strong></p>\n<p>Lift/Carry</p>   \n<strong>X</strong>\n<p>50</p>\n<p>Push/Pull</p>   \n<strong>X</strong>\n<p>50</p>\n<p>Reach Overhead</p>   \n<strong>X</strong>\n<p><strong>Comments:   </strong>Moderate to heavy physical effort required to perform the basis essentials of the job.
