Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 - Food to lead daily operations at Buffalo Wild Wings located at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX . This role is responsible for delivering strong financial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and creating an engaging guest experience in a high-volume, campus-based restaurant environment. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Incentives Relocation Assistance and Annual Incentive Package Eligible What You'll Do Oversee daily restaurant operations to drive revenue, profitability, and cost control Analyze P&L statements to identify opportunities and address operational challenges Lead and develop a team of managers and hourly employees, ensuring strong performance and engagement Deliver an exceptional guest experience through active floor presence and issue resolution Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, HACCP standards, and company policies Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and administrative functions with accuracy and timeliness What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
