    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Rotating Shifts</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Weekends &amp; Holidays: Rotation</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">FTE: Per Diem </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Education and Training Required</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">:</span></p>\n<p>◾ Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy, additional education preferred.</p>\n<p>◾ ASHP accredited pharmacy (PGY-1) residency training preferred.</p>\n<p>◾ LTC consultation experience is preferred.</p>\n<p>◾ Working knowledge of clinic-based operations preferred.</p>\n<p>◾ Certification by Board of Pharmacy preferred.</p>\n<p>◾ Licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin.</p>\n<p>◾ BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Experience</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">:</span></p>\n<p>◾ Minimum one (1) year hospital/community pharmacy experience.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">:</span></p>\n<p>Pharmaceutical knowledge and skills to provide care to adult and adolescent age groups in general and to a specific patient population.</p>\n<p>Knowledge and skills related to computerized pharmacy systems, special prescription delivery systems, third party payor and fiscal reimbursement knowledge related to ambulatory care practices.</p>\n<p>Ability to learn computer and application skills as applicable to role.</p>\n<p>Ability to interact with and work around people.</p>\n<p>Ability to make judgments in demanding situations.</p>\n<p>Ability to react to frequent changes in duties and volume of work.</p>\n<p>Effective communiation skills, both verbal and written.</p>\n<p>Ability to listen empathetically.</p>\n<p>Ability to logically organize details.</p>",
