The Opportunity We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking executive to join our leadership team as Senior Vice President, Growth & Strategic Partnerships. This is a high-impact role at the center of our enterprise growth strategy — responsible for expanding strategic partnerships, accelerating business development, and optimizing performance across our key large format accounts. If you are a commercially sharp, relationship-driven leader who thrives on building something bigger, this is your seat at the table. What You'll Do Assist the Chief Revenue Officer in developing and executing a multi-year growth strategy aligned with L2 Brands' long-term collegiate & strategic account objectives. Identify and scale new revenue streams across licensing, partnerships, brand collaborations, and new accounts. Evolve our L2 Strategic Account Team (LSAT) effort to drive deeper customer engagement and long-term value creation. Drive go-to-market alignment across sales, marketing, merchandising, and product development. Establish and monitor KPIs for pipeline health, account growth, and revenue performance. Negotiate and structure complex, high-value partnerships, and agreements. Leverage market data, customer insights, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions. Represent L2 Brands with key customers, partners, and at major industry events. Who You Are You lead with a growth mindset.
