will</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Work directly with a Property Manager to ensure preventative maintenance is completed and supervise contractors/trades who are on site  </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Complete minor buildings repairs such as painting, basic plumbing and carpentry, minor electrical repairs, and </span><span>assist</span><span> janitorial duties as </span><span>require</span><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Conduct standard move in and move out inspections as </span><span>require</span><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Deliver an exemplary level of customer service by responding professionally and promptly to resident inquiries, greeting tenants, </span><span>visitors</span><span> and contractors </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Complete daily inspections of the property’s </span><span>common areas</span><span>, building exterior and any amenities to ensure all are </span><span>maintained</span><span> to a high standard and move in and move out inspections as </span><span>require</span><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Conduct inspections of all utility and storage rooms, and ensure cleanliness </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Complete monthly, </span><span>quarterly</span><span> and annual building reports through Yardi </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Oversee elevator bookings and ensure security is </span><span>maintained</span><span> during moves   </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Supervise the use of any amenity areas  </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Respond to and coordinate tenant repairs  </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Answer the building phone line on a rotation </span><span>to </span><span>resolve tenant concerns, and be on and secure at all time</span><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure the Property Management Office </span><span>and </span><span>property interior and exterior </span><span>are</span><span> </span><span> </span><span>clean</span><span> </span><span>and </span><span>tidy </span><span>in</span><span> conjunction with others.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure compliance with relevant legislation including the RTA, Fire Codes, WCB, OH&amp;S  </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Attend staff meetings  </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assist</span><span> if needed at our other multi-family properties in the Metro Vancouver area.  </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Show suites to prospective tenants</span><span>,</span><span> </span><span>evaluating </span><span>candidates</span><span> and providing feedback to the property manager</span><span>. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Other duties as assigned.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>You have</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Minimum of 2 years residential maintenance experience  </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Understanding of BC Residential Tenancy Act and its application an asset </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written  </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills  </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Willingness to learn and the ability to work without direction – a
