Before any employment offer is considered, you must meet the following criteria:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum hours worked with your contract company (please follow up with your company to determine how many hours are needed)</li>\n <li>Good Attendance</li>\n <li>Quality Performance </li>\n</ul>\n<p> Again, thank you for your interest in Mobis.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Summary</strong> </p>\n<p>The Production Team Member is responsible for working on a production floor assembling parts by hand, using tools or machines. </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions</strong> <em>(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)</em> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a high level of quality for the products produced </li>\n <li>Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Effectively use hand tools and/or air tools </li>\n <li>Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards </li>\n <li>Pack and store materials and products </li>\n <li>Visually inspect the quality of in-coming production line materials, eliminate defects </li>\n <li>Meet daily production goals through teamwork and continuous improvement initiatives </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform all assembly-related tasks and assignments in a safe and timely manner </li>\n <li>Ensure equipment and workstations are cleaned daily </li>\n <li>Support and communicate with Team Leaders on a daily basis </li>\n <li>Maintain housekeeping & 3R5S environment </li>\n <li>Follow Mobis guidelines (according to handbook) and other policies established by department </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Read and/or enter data through computer </li>\n <li>Promote a team atmosphere </li>\n <li>Assist with creation and completion of improvement and/or cost reduction ideas </li>\n <li>Complete check sheets, reports, forms, etc as assigned & with accuracy </li>\n <li>Comply with all safety rules and guidance, as well as report all recognized hazards </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>All other duties as assigned </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications </strong><em>(The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)</em> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Education & Experience:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic reading and computer skills </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Good verbal and written communication skills </li>\n <li>Attention to detail and ability to detect quality defects </li>\n <li>Ability to learn new tasks quickly and follow detailed work instructions </li>\n <li>Ability to be a team player in a team working environment </li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift </li>\n <li>Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed on short notice   </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:  </strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>May need to obtain a forklift license once hired in the position. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions</strong>: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Production/assembly environment </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Traversing around production floor </li>\n <li>Standing for long periods of time </li>\n <li>Repetitive motions </li>\n <li>Lifting (between 25-50 lbs.) </li>\n <li>Work may take place on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
