The successful candidate will assist with clinical procedures, patient monitoring, and daily living activities while maintaining confidentiality and promoting a safe, caring environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist physicians and registered nurses with exams and procedures</li>\n<li>Record vital signs and patient information accurately</li>\n<li>Provide physical and emotional support to patients and families</li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness, supplies, and equipment in exam and patient rooms</li>\n<li>Support patient mobility, hygiene, feeding, and comfort needs</li>\n<li>Uphold infection control and quality care standards</li>\n<li>Foster teamwork and effective communication within the healthcare team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma in Enrolled Nursing from an accredited institution</li>\n<li>Minimum of three (3) CXC passes, including English Language and Mathematics</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Attributes:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills </li>\n<li>Basic Life Support/ Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support skills </li>\n<li>Excellent and empathetic bedside manner</li>\n<li>Strong multitasking and organizational skills </li>\n<li>Must be computer proficient </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
