This role balances a commitment to exceptional client service with collaboration across internal teams to ensure timely, effective, and customized solutions that drive client success and long-term loyalty.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">This position is based out of Bryan, TX.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><ul><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Serve as a trusted client advocate by responding promptly (within 24 hours), communicating clearly, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining strong, professional relationships.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Consult with clients to understand objectives and provide tailored guidance on production planning, genetic services, and animal movement.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver timely, efficient solutions, adjust services as goals evolve, and support contracts, agreements, and inventory management.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Communicate technical results and service outcomes effectively to support confident, informed client decision-making.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Build long-term partnerships that drive client retention, represent Trans Ova Genetics with integrity, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Support domestic shipping of embryos and semen through accurate documentation, organization, and shipping/receiving coordination.</p></li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><strong>Education Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree required; emphasis in Animal Science, Agribusiness, or related field preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>1 - 3 years of experience in a client-facing, consultative role within the agricultural or animal science sectors.&nbsp;</li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\">Experience in bovine genetics, dairy, or beef production is highly desirable.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><strong>Other skills/experience:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to manage competing demands independently while maintaining attention to detail.&nbsp;</li><li>Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service and ethical standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven ability to maintain balance between responsiveness and personal boundaries in a flexible work environment.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
