          "text": "<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Actively work as part of the construction management team</li><li>Support the Construction supervision with coordinating scaffold builds, modifications and maintenance.</li><li>Support subcontractor coordination (Scaffolding &amp; Insulation)</li><li>Support in coordination of Client supplied contract services (Crane, NDE/ NDT)</li><li>Work with the construction team to author daily reports, LEMs and timesheets</li><li>Support the project team with coordinating onboarding, travel and flights of all project personnel</li><li>Support the Field Engineering and Quality Control Teams with technical documentation and material management</li><li>Work effectively with Project Planners, Schedulers, and Cost Controllers to support successful execution</li><li>Deliver projects safely, on time, on budget, and in accordance with execution plans and methodologies</li><li>Review plans, documentation, and reporting developed by third-party vendors</li><li>Ensure safety is integrated into all execution activities and maintain compliance with Safety, Health and Environmental regulations and internal policies</li><li>Maintain strong knowledge of LOTO and permitting processes to effectively support coordination of work</li><li>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in construction processes</li><li>Support the implementation of construction tools, systems, and best practices</li><li>Monitor contractor performance, including deliverables, progress, risks, issues, and RFIs</li><li>Perform additional duties as required</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Journeyperson trade certification or technologist designation in one of the following disciplines:<ul><li>Civil / Structural</li><li>Mechanical</li><li>Welding / Pipefitting</li><li>Electrical / Instrumentation</li></ul></li><li>Strong knowledge of construction and commissioning, with an overall understanding of project management</li><li><strong>3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience</strong> (technical supervision preferred)</li><li><strong>8–12 years of technical experience</strong> in a heavy industrial or process environment within a relevant discipline</li><li>Proven ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet project requirements and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle</li></ul><p>As part of the recruitment process, successful clearance of applicable pre-employment checks is required which may include Criminal Background/Police Information check, Drug &amp; Alcohol test, Reference checks as well as submittal of Provincial Driver’s Abstract.
