    "description": "<h2>About the Role</h2>\n<p>CBS is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support a Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. The Maintenance Mechanic will perform operations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment within the facility. Must be flexible to work all shifts and weekends. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The typical day will go something like this:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of systems and associated equipment</li>\n <li>Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis</li>\n <li>Maintain equipment to industry standards</li>\n <li>Diagnose and repair simple HVAC, plumbing, and electrical problems as required and/or as assigned by the supervisor</li>\n <li>Inspect, maintain, and perform operational support on Water Source Heat Pumps, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, and associated mechanical systems</li>\n <li>Provide assistance and support to sub-contractors designated to perform installation and/or repair of equipment and/or hardware as required</li>\n <li>Interface with the building manager and other customer representatives to ensure client satisfaction</li>\n <li>Complete daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports of the system status as directed by the supervisor</li>\n <li>Run wiring, cabling, and ductwork, and mount equipment according to specifications as directed</li>\n <li>Place or remove systems and equipment as directed</li>\n <li>Purchase materials and supplies, and maintain inventory as required for timely work completion</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:</strong> $20-$24 an hour commensurate with your experience, licenses, and certifications (such as a CFC).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>You Should Have</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Must be available to work all shifts</strong></li>\n <li>Must be available to be on call 24/7</li>\n <li>Basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems</li>\n <li>Universal CFC/R-410A</li>\n <li>Prior hotel experience a plus</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation</li>\n <li>Able to lift sixty (60) pounds</li>\n <li>Capable of ascending ladders up to a height of thirty (30) feet</li>\n <li>Possess excellent customer service skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>   </p>\n<p>EOE, including disability/veterans</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Why You'll Love Working With Us</h2>\n<p>Complete Building Services (CBS) is a company that is passionate about the operation and maintenance of buildings/facilities in the commercial and government sectors.
