Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct comprehensive <strong>assessments and evaluations</strong>, including psychosocial histories and risk assessments</li>\n <li>Provide <strong>individual, group, and family therapy</strong>, including offense-specific treatment when appropriate</li>\n <li>Develop and implement <strong>individualized treatment plans</strong> and monitor progress</li>\n <li>Utilize <strong>cognitive-behavioral and psychoeducational interventions</strong>, including relapse prevention strategies</li>\n <li>Identify and treat <strong>co-occurring mental health and behavioral conditions</strong></li>\n <li>Maintain accurate and timely <strong>clinical documentation and reports</strong></li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with <strong>residential staff, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams</strong></li>\n <li>Participate in <strong>case reviews, treatment meetings, and clinical consultations</strong></li>\n <li>Communicate with <strong>external providers, agencies, and courts</strong> as needed</li>\n <li>Support development of <strong>aftercare and discharge planning</strong></li>\n <li>Strong skills in <strong>assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a <strong>team-based, residential treatment setting</strong></li>\n <li>Excellent <strong>communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>This role includes one scheduled evening per week (7–9 PM) to support treatment services or staff consultation.</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>License eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed psychologist) master’s degree (or higher) in <strong>Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Active Driver's license issued from the state of your current residence</strong></li>\n</ul>",
