We are committed to helping medical teams deliver the best respiratory care ‑ to anyone, anywhere.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Field Service Technician will perform repairs and maintenance of Hamilton Medical ventilation products in a field service capacity in support of the North and South Carolina territory. The ideal candidate will reside near or in Raleigh/Durham, NC., or Charlotte, NC.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>New equipment installation.</li>\n <li>Perform preventative maintenance.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and repair Hamilton equipment.</li>\n <li>Report problems and perform root cause analysis on instrument failures.</li>\n <li>Sales are a vital part of this position.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.</li>\n <li>Ability to interface and communicate well with customers.</li>\n <li>Ability to train non-technical personnel on highly technical material. </li>\n <li>Ability and willingness to work in a safety conscious manner.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education/Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate degree <strong>required</strong> in Electronics, Biomedical Electronics Technology, or certificate from accredited electronics school or equivalent combination of education and experience <strong>preferred. </strong></li>\n <li>Previous hospital, bio-medical, or field service experience and basic understanding of ventilation is <strong>preferred</strong>. </li>\n <li>Basic understanding of ventilation is strongly <strong>preferred</strong>.</li>\n <li>Position requires exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
