You act as the primary customer-facing technical contact throughout the onboarding process, ensuring smooth onboarding delivery from initial setup through go-live.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This role focuses on configuration, troubleshooting, and coordination, rather than software development, and plays a key role in ensuring successful customer and partner integrations.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU WILL DO</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Act as the primary technical point of contact for carriers and freight forwarders during interface onboarding.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate and manage onboarding scope, timelines, and expectations with internal teams and external stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Configure integration settings in the TMS and prepare test data required for onboarding.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support and execute technical integration testing, including message validation, error analysis, and issue resolution guidance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Analyze interface messages and support carriers in resolving integration issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate and support interface go-live activities and provide short-term post–go-live hypercare support.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicate progress, risks, and milestones through regular and structured status updates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contribute ideas for improving delivery processes and support the implementation of improvements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain and regularly improve onboarding documentation, templates, and runbooks.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong interest in IT and software solutions, especially SaaS platforms and B2B integrations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">High attention to detail and a strong interest in technical configuration and troubleshooting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work in a structured manner while managing multiple onboarding projects in parallel.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong customer-facing communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Basic understanding of EDI integration concepts, standards, or delivery methodologies is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management processes is a strong plus.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>A Bachelor's degree in Math, Engineering, Physics, or technical studies. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Mandatory fluency in English, </span></span><span>any other European language is a plus.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with EDI or interface standards (e.g. EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, JSON)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with APIs, SFTP, or EDI/message-based integrations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Previous experience in a customer-facing delivery or professional services role</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>*Please, submit your resume in English</span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>WHAT WE OFFER YOU</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>A competitive salary package, with additional legal benefits focused on your well-being</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>A permanent contract.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Hybrid working model (3 days at the office and 2 from home).</span></span></li>\n<li><span>An international working environment, with over 40 nationalities in the Alpega Team.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Possibilities to create and design structures, systems and processes on one’s own responsibility. </span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Our commitment to you</span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>The Alpega Group has 500 collaborators with over 40 nationalities, based in our different locations.
