          "text": "<p><strong>Web Press Operator - 1st Shift</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:00 pm</strong></li><li><strong>Hourly Pay Rate: $25.00 and up DOE +&#xa0;$0.50/hr wage increase eligible after 90 days </strong></li></ul><p><strong>Vericast offers a year-round TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED, BRIGHT, CLEAN manufacturing printing team-based environment.</strong></p><p><u><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></u></p><p>Responsible for the daily operation of web presses as directed by the press operator. Maintain cleanliness<br>\nand operation of press. Coordinate with internal agencies for required materials: i.e. ink plate paper tape<br>\netc. Ensure accuracy of printed material coming from the press.</p><p><u><strong>KEY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></u></p><ul><li>Press Start-up Procedures: Daily/Weekly Maintenance and Safety checks.</li><li>Machine operation to include: print unit setup, numbering unit setup, process unit setup, delivery unit setup and other operations necessary to complete print operator duties.</li><li>Quality inspections: before print, while printing and after.&#xa0;</li><li>Clean up and shut down procedures/End of shift activities.</li><li>Communication.</li><li>Lifting requirements: 50 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. on occasion</li><li>High Mechanical Reasoning Expectations</li></ul>",
