      "value": "<ul><li>You hold an outstanding university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.</li><li>You bring at least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in Technology Due Diligence, IT consulting, digital strategy, or technology M&A advisory.</li><li>You have proven experience working with private equity firms, investors, or companies in transaction contexts.</li><li>You demonstrate strong knowledge of modern IT architectures, cloud environments, software development processes, and AI technologies.</li><li>You have experience assessing IT service providers, technology vendors, and outsourced service models from both a technical and commercial perspective.</li><li>You are familiar with ERP, CRM, and data platform landscapes and understand requirements for system integration, scalability, and IT operating models.</li><li>You combine strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate technical findings into investment-relevant conclusions.</li><li>You stand out through excellent communication and presentation skills and engage confidently with C-level executives and investment professionals.</li><li>You are highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with architecture modeling tools, data flow mapping, or code assessments is a strong plus.</li><li>You work in a structured, pragmatic, and entrepreneurial manner and bring a strong passion for technology, AI, and value creation in transaction environments.</li><li><span>You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.</span></li></ul>"
