We empower Hospitality &amp; Tunnel Team Members to find ways to make each customer’s day.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Hospitality</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Work the point of sale</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Greet and check-in carwash guests</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Sell carwashes, memberships  and merchandise to customers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Explain the differences between offerings to customers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Visually inspect cars before they enter the carwash</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Be attentive and always maintain a safe environment for customers and coworkers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Complete daily checklists to keep our facility clean and organized</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Tunnel</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Scrub and pre-wash cars before they enter the carwash tunnel</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Visually inspect cars before they enter the carwash tunnel</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Guide cars onto the carwash conveyor</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Make sure customers put cars in neutral, turn windshield wipers off,  take foot off the brake and take hands off the steering wheel once car is loaded on the conveyor</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Be attentive and always maintain a safe environment for customers and coworkers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Be polite and available to address any customer concerns in a professional manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Give customers information about carwash packages and club memberships</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Complete daily checklists to keep our carwash facility clean</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Required Experience, Education, &amp; Skills: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Ability to think on your feet and react to customer preferences</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Availability to work a varied, flexible schedule to meet business needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Ability to work outdoors on your feet for several hours at a time</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">About Highland Park Car Wash:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">We're believers that the magic of the carwash lives in the details.
