This is a critical role where you will be responsible for the engine of our global trading platform: the execution system. You will focus on building and optimising the high-throughput, low-latency services that connect us to the world's crypto exchanges and liquidity providers. You will design and build systems where performance, concurrency and reliability are crucial, directly impacting every trade our platform makes.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: 600\">What you'll be doing primarily:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">Designing, building and maintaining our core trading execution systems using Golang.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">Developing and managing high-throughput, low-latency connectivity to crypto exchanges and liquidity providers using REST, WebSockets and FIX protocols.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">Optimising code for high concurrency and minimal latency to ensure best-in-class trade execution and system performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">Enhancing our monitoring, alerting and observability stack for the execution platform to ensure system stability and rapid incident response.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">BSc or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant experience in Golang and/or C++ and Linux.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">Deep understanding and hands-on experience with real-time API protocols, particularly REST and WebSockets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">Strong grasp of concurrent programming principles (e.g., multithreading, goroutines, channels) and experience building highly concurrent applications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">A proven track record of working on low-latency, high-throughput, or performance-critical systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110);
