Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area before their start date. Through September 30, 2026, employees are expected to work onsite at EWN's current headquarters in Decatur, Texas, as required to support collaboration, coaching, decision-making, and business outcomes. Effective October 1, 2026, EWN's headquarters will relocate to Westlake, Texas. Beginning on that date, employees will be required to work onsite in Westlake on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays. Experience</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Five (5) or more years of product management experience with ownership of strategic product initiatives</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrated success driving measurable customer and business outcomes through product leadership</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and go-to-market functions</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong customer discovery and product strategy capabilities</span></li>\n<li><span>Exceptional prioritization and decision-making skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience working in Agile product development environments</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span>Preferred Skills &amp;
