Whether you're looking for</em><em>your next role or just curious about what’s new, now’s the perfect time to chat!</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: <em>Drybar Ardmore Ambassador </em></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Reports to: Shop Manager</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong> The <strong><em>Drybar Ardmore Ambassador</em> </strong>is responsible for greeting, assisting, and providing (aswell as selling) product/membership information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the salon.</p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong> None</p>\n<p><strong>Primary Job Functions:</strong>● Promoting and selling memberships, gift cards, and retail products to guests● Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well asquicklyresponding to customer questions and needs● Answers phone calls, book appointments, and enthusiastically greeting guests● Assist in administrative tasks including filing and data entry of guests records and surveys● Prepare guest records for treatments● Participate in special events to promote the salon● Maintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and spa public areas as well asassist inmaintaining in-house linens● Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards● Other duties as assigned</p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong>● Sales and customer service oriented● Results oriented and metrics driven● Basic computer skills● Ability to multitask● Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful● Strong verbal and written communications skills</p>\n<p>● Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence● Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills● Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.● Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays● Booker experience a plus</p>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong>● High school diploma or equivalent preferred● At least one years sales and customer service experience</p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong>● Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer.● Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Legal Disclaimer</h2>©2023 DB Franchise, LLC (“DBF”).
