          "text": "<p><strong>Pay:&#xa0;</strong>up to $35/hour&#xa0;<strong>earning potential up to $100K annually based on experience</strong></p><p><strong>Schedule:&#xa0;</strong>M-F 7am-5pm</p><p><strong>Location:&#xa0;</strong>Douglassville, PA</p><p><br>\nResponsible for all activities related to the loading, transport and delivery of products in a safe and efficient manner. Work in collaboration with lift drivers, truck drivers and workers in order to achieve performance goals. Keep morale at a high level in order to optimize teamwork, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and see to the continuous improvement of processes.</p><p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><em>Planning</em></p><ul><li>Work with production supervisor in order to optimize delivery schedules and product placement;</li><li>Organize resources in order to optimize productivity;</li><li>Collaborate with maintenance department to determine repair needs and optimal repair time.</li></ul><p><em>Communication</em></p><ul><li>Positively influence changes, lead by example;</li><li>Constant communication with Plant Manager, Transportation Manager, other supervisors<strong>,&#xa0;</strong>Maintenance, Fleet Manager, HR, and Customer Service, ensuring the most productive and cost-effective plan is obtained<em>.&#xa0;<strong>&#xa0;Encourage a partnership environment</strong></em></li><li>Communicate, implement and enforce policies and procedures;</li><li>Collaborate with management team to define administrative needs and requirements;</li><li>Promote the autonomy of the workforce by empowering the employees, giving responsibility, recognizing good work and holding accountable when objectives are not met;</li><li>Display exceptional communication and customer service skills with third party haulers;</li><li>Actively participates in meetings and share relevant information with the team;</li><li>Collaborate with truck drivers to ensure materials are loaded safely and correctly.</li></ul><p><em>Verifications</em></p><ul><li>Supervise all yard workers and ensure their presence at the beginning of each shift and&#xa0;following each break. Address all events necessitating disciplinary action with the support of HR;</li><li>Ensure that all workers are wearing required equipment (gloves, protective glasses, earplugs, safety shoes, etc.);</li><li>Ensure yard equipment is maintained in an operating function at all times;</li><li>Continuously verify all equipment to ensure its proper functioning and detect potential problems before they occur;</li><li>Use data from reports to identify area of improvements and improve efficiencies;</li><li>Ensure the proper execution of yard activities and ensure their compliance with company policies;</li><li>Verify costs and expenses prior to making decisions (budget)</li></ul><p><em>Deliver Results</em></p><ul><li>Operate in the most efficient, productive and cost-effective manner;</li><li>Identify the losses/problem areas and make the necessary corrections, adjustments or improvements;</li><li>Optimize efficiency and productivity in order to meet targets;</li><li>Support and participate in developing the business plan, deliver results and be held accountable;</li><li>Have a customer service-oriented approach and commit to meeting deadlines;</li><li>Verify inventory levels on a weekly basis;</li><li>Confirm product loading is correct;</li><li>Maintain safety, health and environmental policies and procedures;</li><li>Ensure training compliance to include new hire forklift certifications and recertifications.</li></ul>",
