Overview Membership Sales / Customer Service job in where you can positively change the lives of clients in a meaningful way—while using initiative, problem-solving, and good judgment to keep things running smoothly. Elements Massage is a wellness studio seeking an engaging, outgoing professional to lead membership sales and customer service for new and existing clients. Responsibilities This role is best suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving and can confidently work independently once trained. Our Brand Promise: To better the lives of everyone we touch. That includes our clients and our team. We believe in empowering our staff to think independently, solve problems thoughtfully, and take initiative in creating exceptional experiences. Our team members are those who: Confidently follow a structured sales process to promote our membership program Are resourceful, adaptable, and confident making decisions while staying aligned with our brand and systems Love engaging in meaningful conversations—and know the power of listening Turn feedback or challenges into opportunities to deliver unforgettable service Have previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting Are comfortable with basic computer systems for scheduling and payment processing Are enthusiastic about creating a positive work culture for both clients and teammates What You'll Do As the first and last point of contact, you play a vital role in creating an outstanding studio experience. Your responsibilities include: Greeting clients warmly and tending to the visual presentation of the studio Educating clients on the benefits of our Elements Wellness Program Following a proven sales process Answering phone calls and assisting with scheduling and general inquiries Collaborating with managers and massage therapists to create a seamless and caring environment for every client If you're energized by helping others, enjoy being part of a supportive team, and thrive in a wellness-driven environment that values ownership and problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you.
