The key responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:-0.25in;\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Responsible for mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and performing regular preventative maintenance and electrical work as assigned and promptly. Examples include changing bearings, seals, and shafts, along with replacing hardware, reading wire diagrams, and wiring motors</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Analyze machine error messages and information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment issues</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Follow and comply with machine/facility Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company safety policies. This includes reporting accidents, property damage, or near misses to a supervisor</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain a clean work environment after the completion of a task</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Respond to maintenance requests submitted via the reporting app or communicated by the production team and ensure to document the repair/maintenance within the maintenance records.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Perform routine maintenance of machines and parts, such as inspecting drivers, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventative maintenance actions</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Report and document issues that require escalation when needed</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Prioritize maintenance requests based on impact on the production schedule</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Help maintain parts inventory for the facility</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Support production line and general operation teams on a variety of projects when needed</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Research / troubleshoot maintenance issues using repair manuals, equipment schematics, and other available resources to diagnose machine malfunctions</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Experience with control wiring and three phase 240 and 480 volts</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Experience working with Hydraulic and pneumatic controls&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Able to support off-shift maintenance issues when skills are not immediately available during operating hours which includes working overtime</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Able to perform basic 3-phase and single-phase industrial electrical repairs</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Able to perform diagnostic tests with a basic electrical multimeter (voltage, current draw, and continuity)</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
