Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations and working alongside our team leads, you will help keep deals moving by supporting the quote-to-signature process and the day-to-day execution of pricing and contracting.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do:</span></span><span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31); font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Quote-to-signature support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support day-to-day deal processing for the customer team, helping move quotes through to signed contracts accurately and on time.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and review quotes in our CRM (Hubspot) and e-signature tools (PandaDoc), checking for correct pricing, products, and contract terms before they go out.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Help Sales and Customer Success team members  troubleshoot issues with quotes, contracts, and the tools they use to close business.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Track deals in flight and flag anything that is stuck or needs attention from deal leads.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Pricing and contracting support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Help roll out pricing, discount, and packaging changes by updating quote templates, contract templates, and supporting documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Spot-check how pricing and discounts are being applied across deals and flag inconsistencies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Keep internal references (playbooks, FAQs, approval matrices) up to date so reps always have the latest guidance.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What to Bring:</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prior exposure to a B2B software or SaaS company.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Basic experience with a CRM. Hubspot is our choice. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Basic experience with a quoting and e-signature tool.
