Fruit preparation activities include weighing, staging, and transforming - small ingredients, raw fruit, sugar, purees, etc. The Pre-Mix and Filler Technician will also be responsible for inspection, proper inventory control, and raw material issuing during the preparation process.&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:115%;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><strong><u><span style=\"font-size:16px;line-height:115%;\">Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</span></u></strong></p><ul class=\"decimal_type\" style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\";font-size:16px;'>Weigh ingredients according to the manufacturing sheets, the ERP and according to the production schedule and with high accuracy and precision&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\";font-size:16px;'>Issue proper ingredients and paperwork to ensure inventory is being tracked accurately for each batch.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\";font-size:16px;'>Manually clean all equipment that is being used (between fruits, and end of week) &ndash;
