This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with experience operating slitter/rewinder equipment and working with materials such as film, paper, foil, or labels.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic press or slitter machines while ensuring production, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set up and operate flexo press machines according to job specifications</li>\n<li>Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency</li>\n<li>Perform job changeovers with minimal downtime</li>\n<li>Inspect finished rolls for accuracy, proper tension, and defects</li>\n<li>Record production and quality data accurately</li>\n<li>Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting</li>\n<li>Load, unload, label, and prepare materials for shipping</li>\n<li>Complete approximately 2 weeks of training on 1st shift before transitioning to assigned shift</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with film, paper, foil, labels, or similar materials preferred</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Previous corrugator, printing press or flexographic press experience required</span></li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and quality standards</li>\n<li>Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (steel-toe boots, hair/beard nets)</li>\n<li>Reliable work ethic and team-oriented mindset</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Schedule</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Starting Pay:</span> $22/hour to $30/hour DOE</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shift Premium:</span> $0.40/hour for 2nd shift</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule:</span> 2nd Shift – MON to Thurs 4:00 PM-2:00 AM (10-hour shifts)\n<ul>\n<li>Must train on 1st shift for approximately 2 weeks</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Bi-weekly payroll via direct deposit</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical insurance (PPO &amp; HSA options) – company pays 70%</li>\n<li>Dental &amp; Vision coverage</li>\n<li>Short-term disability – 12 weeks at 70% of gross wages</li>\n<li>401(k) with employer match</li>\n<li>Profit sharing after 1 year (vesting applies)</li>\n<li>PTO:\n<ul>\n<li>1 week after 1 year</li>\n<li>3 weeks after 3 years</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>8 paid holidays</li>\n<li>Company events, tournaments, and family-friendly activities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How to Apply</span></span></p>\n<p>Interested candidates should submit their resume highlighting relevant slitter, flexo press, or similar machine operation experience.</p>",
