      "text": "Key Duties & Responsibilities",
      "content": "\n<li>Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and energy/infrastructure development agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, vendor/supplier contracts, consulting agreements, PPAs, EPC/turnkey construction contracts, interconnection and offtake arrangements, and O&amp;M agreements.</li>\n<li>Partner with internal stakeholders to structure deals, assess risk, and ensure contracts align with business objectives</li>\n<li>Identify key legal and commercial issues and propose practical solutions that enable execution while protecting the company</li>\n<li>Support procurement and supply chain contracting, including vendor onboarding, template development, and negotiation playbooks</li>\n<li>Help maintain and improve contract processes, tracking, and internal guidance to support a growing contracting volume</li>\n<li>Coordinate with outside counsel as needed on specialized matters</li>\n<li>Assist with other legal matters as assigned in support of a scaling energy and infrastructure business</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>J.D. and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction</li>\n<li>5-10 years of experience in commercial contracting (in-house and/or at a law firm)</li>\n<li>Strong drafting and negotiation skills with experience managing multiple contracts in parallel</li>\n<li>Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating energy and infrastructure development agreements, PPAs, EPC/turnkey construction contracts, interconnection and offtake arrangements, O&amp;M agreements, and other project delivery and supply chain contracts</li>\n<li>Ability to communicate clearly with non-legal teams and operate as a practical business partner</li>\n<li>Comfort working in a high-growth, high-urgency environment with shifting priorities</li>\n<li>Strong judgment and ability to balance legal risk with commercial reality</li>\n"
